Supporting Lam’s manufacturing of wafer fabrication equipment, Gordon Prill provided design and construction of a wide range of semiconductor projects including new clean rooms, tool installations, scrubber, DI, toxic gas piping, alarm systems etc.

The projects involved building clean rooms and labs per the semiconductor industry standard and installation and monitoring of toxic substances per the Toxic Gas Ordinance requirements.
