This project is interior renovation of a basement and first floor of the Packard building to house new robot center and maker spaces as well as classroom spaces.

Scope of work included the following:

New doors, storefront, equipment, flooring, ceiling, painting, casework, aquatic suite and modifications to lighting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, process piping, telecommunications, fire alarm and fire sprinkler.
