Tenant improvements for biotech research facilities in Sunnyvale and Milpitas
The Sunnyvale facility: 36,644 sq. ft. and over the years has included over the years upgrades to biological labs, chemistry labs, potent material labs and offices. One project was the Oak Room Expansion with included two Cell Biology Labs, a Rad Lab, open and hard wall offices, training room and video conferencing.
The Milpitas facility: 66,664 sq. ft. and includes biological labs, chemistry labs and offices. Milpitas also includes two clean room labs for Automation.
