Stanford University’s Gates Building is a multiple phased project involving the renovation of the North and South Wing. Gordon Prill has completed Phase 1 of the North wing third floor which includes conference rooms, student study/lounge area, kitchen and office space. We have brought a contemporary student vibe to the outdated interiors. This design/build project includes but is not limited to:

  • Permitting and demolition
  • HVAC, plumbing and electrical system upgrades
  • New fire alarm and telecommunications
  • Implemented a cloud “floating” ceiling in kitchen to create a comfortable relax setting
  • New whiteboards
  • New colors on all interior finishes
