EIMAC Division Consolidation

CPI relocated their San Carlos EIMAC Division of approximately 150,000 sq. ft. of offices, R&D labs and manufacturing spaces to their Palo Alto campus
The Palo Alto building was completely renovated in four phases on a fast-track basis
Included new increased electrical services and associated switch gear and distribution systems
New mechanical systems were added to the building to support the manufacturing and test facility including new cooling towers for process cooling water, deIonized water system, air compressor, vacuum pumps etc.
All utility pipes and conduits were routed from the equipment yards to various use locations within the R&D labs and manufacturing facilities
The HVAC and lighting systems were upgraded to meet the new requirements
