- Gordon Prill assisted Actel Corporation in relocating their campus from San Jose to an existing facility in Mountain View.
- The renovation project involved the design and build-out of two, 2-story buildings
- The combined 157,000 sq. ft. consisted of all new build-out of office space, conference rooms, data center, manufacturing testing floor area, R&D labs, fitness center, Dry Lab, G&2 distribution process cooling water, lighting, HVAC, and power distribution and facility warehouse and storage
- Facilitated the move and installation of manufacturing tool equipment
- Under Phase 2, we consolidated one floor of office space and prepared the space for subleasing
