⦁ Improvements include new ceiling grid and tiles, walls, new windows in perimeter building wall, carpet, new millwork, new cubicles, furniture, glass, glazing, new LED lighting fixtures, mechanical and electrical networking / upgrades, fire alarm and controls network, new plumbing, Title 24 and Cal and Cal Green Optimization and ADA upgrades to restrooms.
