Gregg Eilerts joined Gordon Prill in 2007 and serves as the Lead Mechanical Engineer. Gregg specializes in the design of complex heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and process piping for the bio-pharmaceutical, mission critical, healthcare, data communication and corporate office facilities.

Projects have included manufacturing and chemical, biological and tissue culture labs, clean rooms to Class 1/ISO3 cleanliness levels, temperature control to plus or minus one-half of one degree, relative humidity control down to 5%RH and plus or minus 5%, central plant facilities with chilled water systems up to 6000 tons capacity, hot water heating boilers, high pressure steam systems for heating and sterilization, greenfield sites for new multi-building campuses, high bay clean rooms for satellite manufacturing and testing, LEED certified buildings and a variety of other specialized facilities for other industries. He has worked on projects for Medarex, Bayer, Applied Materials, Novartis and Bristol-Meyers Squibb.
