Gordon Prill is committed to maintaining an injury free and illness free workplace, and to complying with all laws and regulations governing workplace safety and providing a healthful workplace. To achieve this goal, we have adopted an Injury and Illness Prevention Program. The implementation of this program is the responsibility of all employees as we work together to identify and eliminate conditions and practices that impact the establishment of a safe and healthful work environment.

All Gordon Prill employees are provided with initial safety training, a copy of our corporate safety manual, and safety orientation at the time of employment. Our safety program is reviewed several times a year with employees to assure awareness and understanding and bring them up-to-date on any changes.

Jobsite safety meetings are conducted on a weekly basis with subcontractor foremen, and the Gordon Prill on-site staff coordinates and chairs these meetings with input from our Safety Manager who keeps a daily log. Site-specific safety and security plans are prepared and reviewed by the Safety Manager as required to address specific safety and security concerns that are unique to a project site.
